La presenza del Piano del Colore nell’agenda delle attività del Comune di Favignana è segno importante di una volontà politica che intende orientare in termini qualitativi lo sviluppo di un territorio particolarmente sensibile. A tal fine, il Comune ha coinvolto la sezione di Trapani dell'INBAR che si è avvalsa della consulenza scientifica del Dipartimento di Architettura dell'Università degli Studi di Palermo.
